 Mark Jespersen

Dear Customer,

First of all I should like to thank all our customers and cooperation partners for the year 2007. Looking back on the year 2007 Voxtream has had an exciting year with many challenges. During 2007 we have been involved in a number of interesting technology projects around the world and are also aiming at this role in 2008, where we - together with our partners – would like to create and develop attractive solutions – especially now where our range of products has been expanded.

Now Christmas and New Year’s Eve are approaching very fast and in Denmark this is the time for giving and receiving presents. Our present to our customers is our VoXip2 product – the new Voice Gateway which enables telecommunication companies and system integrators to transfer their end customers from the traditional ISDN telephony to the VoIP based telephony.

It is true that the development of the VoXip2 has been delayed; just now however the VoXip2 is in operation and has been sent out for field test to 10 different destinations all over the world.

We have attached great importance to the fact that the Gateway is not only a unit which is able to convert ISDN into SIP, but that the Gateway also contains a number of advanced Multiplexer Features. An easy and quick installation minimising the installation time has also been given top priority.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Mark Jespersen, CEO

The first Voxip2 shipment

The first shipment of the new platform of VoXip has now been sent out to customers for field test. After a long period with in-house tests and some external tests we are now ready to enter the global scene.

During the next few weeks customers around the world are testing the units in different scenarios and surroundings to help us through the finishing process of our new generation of ISDN-SIP Gateways.

VoXip Seminar in
 Marriot Hotel in
  Kuala Lumpur

Introduction of VoXip2 in Malaysia

On 5th December the Voxtream seminar was held in the J.W. Marriot hotel in Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia.

In cooperation with Voxcom SDN Bhd, which is Voxtream’s distributor in Malaysia, we had a chance to present the new VoXip2 and its features for several companies and customers in Malaysia.

Voxtream can tell an old story in connection with the sale of Parlay Multiplexers in Malaysia, and particularly Parlay i30 has been sold to this marked during the last many years.

Due to the new possibility of using the IP-network in telecommunication, the Service providers and Parlay customers in Malaysia want to use the advantage of routing the calls through the Internet.

A combination of the ISDN multiplexer features and the SIP-Gateway features within the VoXip2 will give our customers a very strong tool and enable them to offer their customers a better service and more competitive solutions.

    Parlay i60

SIM Card Selector

In close cooperation with our Turkish partner we have entered into an agreement with the
company Turkcell concerning delivery of a certain number of Parlay i60 which are going to    operate as SIM  card Selectors.

The purpose of using a SIM card Selector is that the customer wants to achieve complete
utilization of the free voice minutes left on his SIM Cards and therefore he needs some kind of
device which can control the voice time left on all his SIM cards and make it possible to lock calls
from the SIM cards where no free voice minutes are left.

As selector we use a Parlay i60 with an ISDN30 (PRI) interface and up to 12 ISDN2 (BRI)
interfaces as the connecting point for the customer’s GSM gateway. With special software in the
Parlay box it is possible to split the traffic on up to 24 SIM cards and in this way control the minute consumption on each single SIM card.
