Web Voice Connect Solution

The Web Voice Connect Solution can be used by suppliers to offer Automatic Free-Web-Call services to their customers.
The supplier can combine the Web Voice Connect Solution with Least Cost Routing, LCR feature in Parlay Multiplexers to reduce call charges.
The requested call from the website will be generated immediately when the relevant extension on the supplier’s switch is idle.
Calls to specific extensions could be triggered according to product/service selection of the customer.

How it works
- The customer gets access to the supplier’s Free-Web-Call site on the internet, and enters his / her phone number (1)
- A html-request will be sent to a web server located on the supplier’s Network (2)
- The web server sends a call command to the Parlay Multiplexer via a serial interface (3)
- At first the Parlay sends a call request to a relevant extension on the supplier’s switch and when it answers, the Parlay establishes a connection to the customer (4)
- Additionally, relevant voice messages can be played by the internal voice response system of Parlay during this procedure. (5)
